Spend some mindful & regenerative time amongst the trees to calm your soul and balance your health & well-being.
Connect deeply with the forest, sense life in the wood, absorb the silence, stillness and healing of this magical place on a Forest bathing experience.

Walk N Talk (1 to 1)
Let nature takes it course as we spend some time outdoors visiting issues doubts worries and concerns. Sarah will support you to explore you, your thoughts and feelings, find your space, reconnect with yourself and move you forward with your life.
